Learners Rewarded With Trip to Quirky Quarter

Learners Visit Quirky Quarter as Reward

As a reward for recent hard work, timekeeping and achieving certain tasks Peregrinate School took all learners to Quirky Quarter in Duke Street Liverpool. Described as a world where nothing is quite as it seems Quirky Quarter offers an Emporium of experiences that make you go “WOW”!

All of the Learners loved it and enjoyed the medley of puzzling challenges and brain-teasing workouts, oddball photo opportunities and interactive encounters. Learners and Staff clearly had a fun time whilst they explored a place of enigma and curious corners, of silly spaces and upside-down places that challenged their expected normality and everyone was fully engaged throughout.

From Quirky Quarter we all went for lunch at the Bon Pan Asian Restaurant in Clayton Square. Described as ‘A Feast For Your Senses’ with over 150 Pan Asian dishes for you to discover. The Bon Pan Asian Restaurant offers a wide choice of foods including salad. teppanyaki, robata grill, pizza, curry, starters, main courses, and of course desserts. Some of the learners had never experienced many of the foods available and again all enjoyed trying new foods from different countries. A long leisurely lunch was enjoyed by all after a hard morning of brain teasers and different experiences at Quirky Quarter.

Without exception every member of staff congratulated each and every learner for their exemplary behaviour throughout the trip. None of us had to say ‘please don’t do that’ as all learners were engaged, interested and enjoyed the whole day. It was a pleasure to take each and every one of them on a school trip. They were all a credit to themselves, their parents/guardians and to Peregrinate School. WELL DONE SCHOOL.
